When I first got to El Easo I was glad to know there was a dog park, but was taken aback when I got there, it simply was too small and all those pebbles sucked as a flooring.
I am from Los Angeles and have lived in other states, including Colorado, and I guess I am spoiled to have partaken of killer dog parks. So put up an ad on craigslist to get peeps involved in vicing their need for a dog park. Charlie Moreno got in touch with me and he put up this nice site to get all us doog owners in coontact and have a place to put a petition. It is time to make a nice DP for El Paso and we are going to be putting up a petition to be signed by dog owners who are residents of El Paso, and I will take it with 10,000 signatures, to the city council, department of recreation and parks. This could take a lot of time to create a park, while we wait for the new DP on the west side. And so, in the interim, if anyone has some land, fencing, gates, water spikets, etc., to donate to create a dog park, is welcome to get in touch with us and we will get the ball rolling.
